There ar...All I can really say is do your research. There are doctors out there that are good doctors and know what they're doing. I personally would avoid going to army docs, and I haven't even been in the army, I just hear about them! Unless you can find a good one on post, just look around. People in your ward or even the community would probably help you out. As far as shopping...just embrace the way of life and the culture out there while you're there. Be open to learning all about them and then you'll fit right in. But keep the American traditions too! That's what I would do, anyway.
