Today was fun, and busy! It was my neighbor, Aimee's, birthday. So I made lunch for us and we got to chat for a while, then I watched her kids so she could go to the doctor, and later, brought over some birthday cake. Schy and I made the cake while all the kids were at my house playing. I think they all had fun, cause we certainly did! We also got to spend a little bit of time with Jeanette and Heidi. We are sure going to miss them when they leave.

we took Evie to see her first movie theater movie. She was terrified for the first 10 minutes and had to sit on daddy's lap for the first 30 minutes, but after that, she really loved it.

we went out to lunch today at Seoga and Cook (yummo), and there were these glass bottles lined up on the ledge behind Emmett's head. I was trying to get them in the background of the shot, but never totally succeeded. Emmett lost patience and we had to leave. Oh well. I'll try again some other time.

 Today Dan took me out to celebrate my birthday. I got some new toms and finally some new glasses! It's been a long time coming, so I was really excited. Eventually, we will get my ring fixed and get another band to go on the other side, as a continuation of my birthday present. I cannot wait to wear my wedding ring again.

Happy 4th of July! We went to camp walker for the festival there, and there was a bubbles show! The kids were in heaven. We had a lot of fun, but the kids were exhausted after a couple of hours, so we went home long before the fireworks started.
