I know this is silly, but set a schedule for yourself. You will still have time to relax and read but will also have a clean house. Also, I know a lot of stay at home moms that clean everyday and the idea of that would make me suicidal. Just pick a day that is your cleaning day, it always keeps until then. Mine is Friday, I don't leave the house, I don't let anyone come over, and I stay in my pjs until the house is clean. For whatever reason, it works for me.
