Well, she came went with very little inconvenience to us.
We were expecting the worst, so we stocked up on:
water
flashlights
batteries
canned food
diapers
and cash
But, turns out we didn't really need it.
We had a lot of rain and some pretty bad gusts of wind,
but honestly I'm not sure it was any worse than a Kansas thunderstorm
We stayed inside all day long and tried to entertain ourselves
as best we could.
Lots of movies
and books
games
and playing with Evie.

evie is adorable. Sam tells me that like every time we see new pictures of her. Of course he doesn't use that word, that'd be far too...soft? :)
