seventeen
forest green shirt from Target, dark blue flare jeans from AE, brown boots
Today it rained.... a lot. I hate it when it rains, and I know most people will completely disagree with me, so let me explain. I absolutely HATE wearing wet clothes. That is seriously one of the only things I absolutely cannot tolerate. I hate having the bottom of my jeans be wet because then it gets my socks wet, and when my socks are wet my feet are cold, and when my feet are cold I get upset. And it goes on and on. You can see how on a rainy day when I have to be outside a lot how I would become grumpy easily right?
Dan was able to take the pictures for this outfit this morning before both of us left, but I didn't look at them until I got home around 6, and oh wow. These were terrible, seriously. I don't know what was going on because when I looked in the mirror I felt like I looked pretty good. So, I chose this one to put up, even though it is a candid one, because it is hiding my face. I haven't worn this shirt in a really long time and I have no idea why. I really love it. It's a good color cause it brings out my eyes, it has cool sleeves and a cool collar, and it fits well. What the heck Britany? Anyways, have a great Monday night.

It's cute!! I love the jeans too.
ReplyDeleteAnd I totally know what you mean about rain! I am NOT a fan either... I think rainy days are gloomy and I only like sunshine (no wind). However.. with how DRY it is in Idaho and Utah, I actually welcome rain to clean the air and humidify everything!
I am half and half. If it's slightly raining it's not too bad. But if it's pouring, now that's awful. But if it's cloudy for more than half a day, that's a BIG awful since I love sunshine.
ReplyDeleteSo I just caught up on all your posts! You are super cute and you have a cute husband. I think he is great, but what is really great is how much you appreciate him (like when he told you which shoes to wear.) Also I enjoyed your commentary on your outfits. You're funny.
